We are delighted to offer the following awards at Biomag 2024 Conference.  

Student awards: 

Prize winner:

Based on the submissions, ten finalists will be selected to give 10-minute oral presentations in a dedicated session at the Biomag 2024. Based on the talks in this session, the three winners will be selected by the Awards Committee, according to the criteria for the submissions plus the quality of their oral presentations. The winners will be announced during the conference.

Submissions reviewed and scored by the Awards Committee, according to the criteria:

• Scientific contribution.
• Quality and innovation.
• Motivation and competences of the candidate.
• Open data science contribution.

Mid-career award: 

 MCR as per NHMRC definition. A mid-career researcher is defined as an individual who is between five and ten years post PhD (i.e. between five and ten years of their PhD award date), excluding career disruptions.

 Submissions will be reviewed and scored by the awards committee, according to the criteria:

• Scientific contribution.
• Quality and innovation.
• Motivation and competences of the candidate.
• Open data science contribution.

Prize winner:

The winner will be selected by the Award Committee according to the criteria for the submissions. The winners will be announced during the conference.
